A Healing and Anointing comes to Baltimore and Maryland.

Over seventy members joined Min. Matilda and me to welcome Dr. Chung Sik Yong to Maryland and Baltimore in October. Dr. Yong is the President, Continental Director and, not least, The Pastor of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification as well as Heavenly Parents Holy community in North America and Canada.

Due to a resurgence of covid in this area, we were unable to hold any indoor events in the Baltimore area but welcomed Dr. Yong at the Baltimore and Maryland Holy Ground at Druid Hill Park, Baltimore. This Holy Ground established by Father Moon in 1965 as a place for all people to pray for the City, State and America. It is a place of peace and a place of Healing and a place of great beauty.

In anticipation of Dr. Yong’s visit, we expected he will come with a commission and an anointing for us but what we did not expect was a healing. A healing through the word and a healing through an embrace and acknowledgement. This is what I heard from so many members that they felt acknowledged, embraced, and healed. One elder sister who has is in poor health and in a difficult social and financial situation was determined to come to the Holy Ground. She needed the help of four or five people make it there but felt healed by the words and embrace. There were many testimonies like this over the day.

Through Dr. Yong’s guidance and immensely powerful prayer, a way has opened for Baltimore and the Maryland communities to move forward. We all feel and see this sea change already here in Baltimore. Thank you, Dr. Chung Sik Yong, and to our SR2 Sub-Regional leaders, Rev. Ernest Patton, Mrs. Keiko Patton, and all brothers and sisters from around the district who could share this time with Dr. Yong at the Baltimore and Maryland Holy Ground. Watch out for remarkable things from Baltimore and Maryland.
